May I introduce you to Yogurt Cheese in Olive Oil with Chili, Garlic and Rosemary. This cheese is absolutely sensational. Made by a family company, BY EΛENI in Tasmania, this cheese is so indulgent. It is incredibly smooth and creamy and possesses a lovely piquancy. The marinade is not too pungent either but certainly adds a wonderful burst of heat and flavour. I am known to eat this cheese, ball by ball from the jar; that wonderful jar where these delightful little balls swim in their aromatic sea. Unfortunately this company doesn’t have a website, but I purchased mine from the David Jones Foodhall, which is one of my favourite places on God’s good earth. I have one and a half balls left.
