I was told by a fellow-chef at Recipease that the burgers at Haché were amazing and I had to go. So I went. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. There wasn’t enough char or grease or mouthwatering burger goodness, and the bun was dry.
She was plenty pink inside, but that ain’t no good if the flavour isn’t there. Sigh.
